§ 1. General provisions
We care about the confidentiality and security of information you provide. The website uses encrypted transmission (HTTPS/SSL), and data submitted through forms is accessible only to persons authorised by the Controller.
This Policy applies to all visitors, including those who submit the application form, call us, or contact us via messengers listed on the website.
§ 2. What data we process
We do not require all of the above data. The form requires a name and either a phone number or email address.
If cooperation begins, we may separately request additional documents required for a contract (e.g. driving licence). That scope is communicated outside this website.
Depending on how you contact us, we may process:
- first and last name — when provided in the application form;
- phone number — if you want us to call you back;
- email address — if you provide it;
- message or comment content — when you voluntarily enter it;
- preferred site language — to display the selected language version;
- basic technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of connection) — automatically logged by the hosting provider for security purposes.
§ 3. Purposes, legal bases and retention
Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot respond to your application.
We process your data for the following purposes:
- handling your application and contact regarding driver cooperation — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding); retained until a reply is given, then up to 3 years for evidential purposes;
- concluding and performing a cooperation agreement — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for the term of the agreement and until claims become time-barred;
- compliance with legal obligations, including tax duties — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; for periods required by law;
- pursuing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; until limitation periods expire;
- direct marketing of the Controller's own services — only with your explicit consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; until consent is withdrawn.
- website traffic analysis (Google Analytics) — only after consent to analytics cookies, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; until consent is withdrawn or for up to 14 months.
§ 4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with entities supporting the website and application handling, in particular:
- hosting and IT infrastructure providers (including Vercel);
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) — after you consent to analytics cookies; data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses;
- Telegram — to forward form submissions to the recruitment team;
- Sanity.io — for publishing website content (fleet, news); form data is not stored there;
- accounting and legal advisers — if cooperation begins;
- public authorities — when required by law.
These entities process data only under data processing agreements or other appropriate legal bases.
Using messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp) on your initiative may involve sharing data with their providers — according to their terms and privacy policies.
§ 5. Your rights
To exercise these rights, contact the Controller using the details at the beginning of this Policy.
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- rectify your data;
- erase your data;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
§ 6. Cookies
The website may use cookies — small files stored on your device.
We use cookies necessary for proper operation, including remembering your language choice. These do not require separate consent.
With your consent we may use Google Analytics cookies (Google LLC) to measure visits and improve the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can accept or refuse in the cookie banner and change your choice later in the site footer.
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.
You can change cookie settings in your browser at any time. Disabling essential cookies may limit some website features.
§ 7. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk of breaching individuals' rights, including encrypted transmission, access restrictions, and software updates.
§ 8. External links
The website may contain links to third-party sites (taxi platforms, social media). Their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for how those entities process data.
§ 9. Policy changes
The Controller may update this Privacy Policy, e.g. due to legal or functional changes. The current version is always available on this page with the last update date.
